Sr. Bookkeeper Job Description:
We are a high-end interior design, renovation, construction and real estate company looking for an experienced bookkeeper with 5-10 years of industry specific experience. Prior construction/renovation company bookkeeping experience required. Attention to detail is extremely important. Oversee AR, AP, state and local licensing and taxes, bank reconciliation, cash flow and WIP tracking. Experience with job costing and budgeting preferred. QuickBooks experience required. Computer proficiency necessary. Positive attitude and strong moral compass, ability to take direction and multi-task is key. Can grow into a more senior position if desired.
