How Does Design Build  Work?

Design Build simplifies the traditional construction model by providing the owner with one entity to manage and coordinate the entire construction project. We can also act as owner representative, further simplifying and streamlining the process. You can be as involved in the project as you wish or allow us to coordinate everything and choose to be more involved during the more "fun" parts of the construction project like choosing finishes and appliances. This integrated construction management process has been proven to increase the speed of construction while reducing costs and aligning incentives between the owner and home builder / construction manager, resulting in a higher quality work product. New Custom Luxury Home Construction

As part of our Design Build system, we manage and coordinate every aspect of the home building project, from architecture to permitting to construction, managing all subcontractors and our in-house labor. We primarily work on a cost plus basis and specialize in owner representation, which maximizes the cost savings throughout the project while delivering a top quality luxury custom home. In addition to our skilled in-house labor, we utilize carefully pre-screened, licensed and insured subcontractors. We can also assist with site research, selection and acquisition.
